I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated but smaller than I expected from the pictures. Service was disappointing, as I encountered rude behavior from the staff. The location was central, but it can get quite chaotic, especially during festivals. Dining could be improved as the food didn't meet my expectations. Overall, it has its appealing points, but I wouldn't say it was the best value for money.
